  • Customer is not allowed to resell the unit

Customers who bought any items with promotion price in Zainal Electronics website will not be allowed to resell in Qatar or Out of Qatar.

 

  • Warranty Policy

All the products in Zainal Electronics are sold by various Sellers and Brands in the region. Zainal Electronics does not give any special warranty for any products; however, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

Zainal Electronics has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Zainal Electronics of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

 

  • Modifications

Zainal Electronics may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

 

  • Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

 

Returns Policy:

At Zainal Electronics, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly accept the returns of your defective purchase within 15 days of delivery. All returns will be refunded and issued through the original form of payment. To begin the return, follow the guidelines below. For defective products or if the customer has received the wrong item, please call or email us.  Please have your order number, invoice or delivery note included in the email or ready for the call.

All returned items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery. Any tags, dust bags, any accessories and authenticity cards accompanying the delivered purchase must be included. Merchandise that has been used or worn is not eligible for return. If an item has become damaged, soiled or altered after delivery, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee from the original purchase price.

If you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us within 15 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID.

How to return an item?

If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you must physically return in to Zainal Electronics Store/Office located on: Street 44, Gate 50, Industrial Area,

Please follow the instructions outlined below:

  • Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused.
  • Enclose the invoice / receipt
  • Present the package to the appropriate section at Zainal Electronics.
  • Keep the Order Number for your return in order to monitor return status.
  • Once your item has been returned, please allow 3-5 business days processing time within the showroom for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is to the discretion of your bank on how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement

EXCHANGES:
At Zainal Electronics, unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at any time. You must return your defective purchase product within 15 days.  A refund will be credited to the original method of payment. You then can re-order a new product on https://www.zainalelectronics.com.

NO CREDIT:
Please note, we do not offer credit for any purchases.

To return in store, simply bring the item and invoice/receipt to the address below within 15 calendar days of delivery, and our staff will assist you with the process.

REFUNDS:
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven days to reach your account after your return has been processed. We understand that your money matters, and that’s why we promise to keep you updated at every step, so you will know when the refund is on its way.

You can also check your parcel’s delivery status with our carrier. To do so, use the tracking number on your returns label. For a swift refund, please ensure that all items meet the conditions of our Return Policy.

CANCELLATION:
A customer can cancel an order if he/she wishes, however, the cancellation request should be made before dispatching the order from our warehouse. If any payment was done, will be refunded through the same payment method, which order was placed.

 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

 

Allow us to deliver the order at your door step, while you shop from the comfort of your home. We “Zainal Electronics” will ensure the delivery of your favorite products at your desired place!

Your convenience is our priority and we deliver to all locations in Qatar**Conditions apply. Just make sure your address & other details are entered accurately and we will handle the rest. Outside Doha city limits there would be a minimum delivery charge of QAR. 50 and has to be paid to the delivery team.

Standard delivery is for within Qatar orders only. The standard delivery timing taken will be approximately 3 to 4 business days after the order has been placed online. Longer processing time may be required during promotions, holidays, and festive season. **Conditions apply

Request your presence at home at the time of delivery. In case of your absence, please authorize someone (preferably an adult above 18 years old) to accept the delivery on your behalf.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Zainal Electronics reserves the right to adjust the delivery rate without any prior notice, and this shall be reflected upon checkout.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED YET?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date, please email us at [email protected] including your contact details and Order ID.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. However, if you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 14 days from the date on which the goods are delivered. All returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances.

Product Damage/Not Working:

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered (or seal open condition) within any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Product warranty to be taken up with the respective brand service center. Click here for a complete list of Brand Service Centre Contact numbers.
  • If the product was not received in good condition we may replace the product, however, in case we are unable to replace the damaged/ defective product we may initiate a refund. Replacement of the product may depend upon the availability of the product.

Wrong Product Delivered:

  • In case you find that the product delivered to you was not the product ordered by you as evidenced by the confirmation of order received by you, you may contact us on +974 33265984 and we will make arrangements to pick up the wrong product and deliver the correct one at the earliest.

Not satisfied with the Product delivered:

  • In case you find that the product delivered to you is not as per your satisfaction, due to its color, size, functionality, etc. you may return the same in its original condition (packed in the carton with all accessories) within 2 days after receipt of the item. However, this will not be applicable for bags, headsets, accessories and personal care products.

Cancellation & Replacement Process After Delivery of Product

  • In case the Product is found having certain defect(s) immediately after delivery of the same, you can request for replacement of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than Three (03) days from the date of delivery of the Product (which do not require any demo/ installation) or Three (03) days from date of demo/ installation (if manufacturing/ working defect is discovered at the time of demo/ installation for those Products which require demo/ installation), by calling us on +974 33265984. In case any free item is delivered to you is found to be defective then Zainal Electronics shall arrange the replacement for the Free Item only and the main product shall not be replaced.
  • If you decide to get a replacement of the product due to certain defects in the product as provided above, then Zainal Electronics will arrange pick up of the product to be replaced.  Zainal Electronics will offer a replacement within 7 days of collecting the product and in case replacement is not possible during this time then a full refund will be provided as per the mode of payment used during the purchase of the goods.
  • Only one replacement shall be provided for any product and any subsequent replacement requests resulting from defects will be directed towards the brand service center.
  • In case of any defect arising after delivery of the Product or after demo/installation of the Product as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/ brand in accordance with respective manufacturer’s warranty terms.
  • In case you choose to opt for replacement of the Product due to any defect at the time of delivery or demo/ installation of the Product, you will have to ensure that the Product is returned in undamaged and saleable condition including all accessories and manuals. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton.
  • The company has the right to deduct QAR 100 from the total amount paid, if the customer wants to replace or return any of the home appliance items within 3 days of delivery date as a delivery and labor cost.
  • Order can be canceled only by calling on +974 33265984 before the product packaging is opened for demo/ installation. A full refund will be provided as per the mode of payment used during the purchase of the goods if the product is returned in undamaged and saleable condition including all accessories and manuals. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton.
    • In case cash payment is made on delivery, all eligible refunds for ‘Cash on Delivery’ transactions in case of cancellation of the order will be processed by returning the exact amount of cash to the customer’s name and billing address registered on the website. The cash amount paid will be returned to the customer only after the product(s) is/ are collected from the customer’s place with all its accessories, freebies and original packing materials.

The customer will be bound by the returns policy of Zainal Electronics and shall not hold Zainal Electronics liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation of the order.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Home Delivery

  • Products purchased from Zainal Electronics will be delivered to your home or other delivery destination within Qatar as specified by you at the time of checkout.
  • All products will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the placement of the order.
  • Fulfillment of delivery and installation is subject to the availability of the item/s ordered. Zainal Electronics has the right to cancel the orders for unavailable or non-saleable stocks.

In case you prefer a specific time for your delivery, you may specify the same on the site from available time slots.

Cash on Delivery

  • For Cash on Delivery, exact cash amount as per the confirmation already sent to you needs to be handed over to the delivery person prior to accepting the product. If there are additional delivery charges applicable, the same needs to be paid as well.
  • For all cash payments made, a valid delivery note with the amount mentioned on it would be handed over to you by the delivery person.

Installation of product

  • Only air conditioners, tv stands, wall brackets and hoods will be installed at the location as specified by you during the checkout.
  • The scope of all such installations will be as covered by the norms of ‘standard installation’ only and will not cover any additional civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or masonry work as may be required.
  • Such installations will be done only if the site is ready from all respects. In case you would require the installation to be done at a later date from the delivery date, you need to inform us well in advance on our contact number +974 33265984.

PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • All products sold on Zainal Electronics will carry the manufacturer’s warranty only except categories like TV Stand, Wall Brackets and Accessories.
  • Warranty will only be available within the state of Qatar.
  • Wrongful usage of devices and products are extremely dangerous, so the buyer must utilize such devices in a correct, safe way and only for the right application of the device or the product. Wrongful utilization and subsequent damage are the sole responsibility of the buyer, generally the seller shall not be subject to any kind of claims according to the wrongful usage.
  • The buyer declares that he examined the purchased devices and/or products and he received all devices and/or products in sound condition as per standard specifications. In case if any device and/or product defects and/or halts, the buyer or anyone else must not operate, repair or reused the device / product. The buyer must contact the customer service center of Zainal Electronics as not to put himself and/or others at risk or hazardous circumstances, the buyer – at the time of sale should make sure that the device and/or product is correct and applicable for his purpose of usage. Otherwise, the seller shall not subject to any claim according to the usage.

Air Conditioners Warranty:

  • Zainal Electronics shall give warranty (1) one year for all AC Parts & (5) Five years for the compressor.
  • The terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty policy shall apply to the air conditioners as well.

 

No Warranty for Free Gifts

  • Free gifts given with any of the Product purchased from the website will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty.
